Welcome to LittleHeroes. By accessing or using our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Description of Service

LittleHeroes is an AI-powered application that generates personalized stories and illustrations for children. Users can input prompts and upload photos to create unique storytelling experiences.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use some features of our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos or text prompts you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant LittleHeroes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of generating stories and illustrations for you.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
  • Violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LittleHeroes and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LittleHeroes makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LittleHeroes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Subscriptions

LittleHeroes offers auto-renewing subscription options to access premium features.

  • Subscription Duration: Monthly or Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
  • Account Charged: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
  • Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
